Sports Culture CF was founded in 2024 with the mission of supporting newcomers, refugees, and the Black community in Montreal by fostering integration through sports, culture, and recreational activities — with a special focus on soccer.

At Sports Culture FC, we design personalized career development plans that guide athletes from the amateur level to professional football, helping them pursue their dreams while upholding humility and respect. Through mentorship, players are connected with seasoned professionals who embody the true spirit of football, offering invaluable guidance and support. We also organize professional tryouts, providing athletes with platforms to showcase their talents, while actively identifying and promoting skilled players to clubs and leagues to ensure they have opportunities to grow and succeed.

Our Philosophy is rooted in the values of respect, fair play, friendship, and unity. Our programs are designed not only to nurture athletic excellence but also to inspire a lifelong love of football while building a positive, inclusive, and supportive community for all.
