Coach: FIFA Talent Development Scheme (USVISF)

"Give Every Talent A Chance" is the central ethos of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme, led by FIFA's Chief of Global Football Development, Arsène Wenger. The scheme aims to reduce competitive imbalance in global football by making sure every talented young player, regardless of where they are born or their region's financial resources, has the opportunity to be identified, trained and developed.

As USVISF continues to grow, they are looking for ready and willing coaches to join the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS) Program in St. Thomas and St. Croix.

This is an opportunity to give back to your community, help develop the next generation of players and people, and gain elite experience in a FIFA-aligned environment supported by the USVISF FIFA Talent Coach.

Coaches will work under the guidance and mentorship of the USVISF Technical Department and the USVISF FIFA Talent Coach. They will support training delivery and youth development activities in line with international player development pathways.

• Proactive Community Builder: an eager attitude to make a tangible, positive impact on the future of local youth.

• Reliable & Flexible: dependable, with consistent availability for weekday afternoons and select weekend events.
• On-Field Experience (plus): a background in soccer coaching or playing is highly valued.
