Set-Piece Coach

Role Description

The Nomads are seeking an experienced and motivated Set Piece Coach to work alongside the first-team staff. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the design, analysis, and delivery of all attacking and defensive set plays.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement all attacking and defensive set pieces

• Analyse opposition set-piece tendencies using performance analysis platforms

• Work closely with the first-team coaching staff through weekly meetings

• Deliver one on-pitch set-piece session per week

• Provide detailed feedback and insights to coaching staff and players

Ideal Candidate

• UEFA B Licence (desirable)
• Strong understanding of modern set-piece trends and analysis
• Experience using performance analysis tools such as Wyscout and Hudl
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a coaching team
