Youth Development Officer

Sion Swifts Ladies are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Youth Development Officer to help develop our young players and strengthen the pathway through our club.

Ideal candidate criteria:

• Minimum C Licence required
• B Licence desirable
• A passion for developing young players and growing girls' football
• Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills
• A positive, supportive approach to player development

The full roles and responsibilities will be discussed with interested candidates, including supporting youth development, working alongside our coaches and helping players progress within the club.
