Jerome has consistently demonstrated professionalism by arriving early to training and showing a strong commitment to improving his game. When he first joined the team, he was quick to understand and adapt to the new environment, which highlighted both his maturity and his ability to learn fast. He is very coachable, takes instructions well, and applies them effectively on the pitch. In addition to his discipline and adaptability, Jerome possesses good dribbling ability and technical skills, which allow him to create opportunities and bring creativity to the game. His attitude, combined with his work ethic and natural ability, makes him a player with strong potential to succeed at a higher level.

He showed great versatility by being comfortable rotating across different positions while maintaining a high level of performance.
