BIO

My name is Will O’Kane, and I am a scrum-half from Cornwall, England with 13 years of playing experience. I began playing at Penryn RFC in the U5s and currently play for Penryn U18 Colts. During my time at Penryn, I was selected for the Exeter Chiefs Player Development Group (PDG), which led to me representing the Exeter Chiefs Academy at U16 and U17 level. This experience allowed me to train and compete in a high-performance environment and significantly develop my technical skills, physicality, and understanding of the game.

I take pride in my work ethic, discipline, and commitment to improvement, both on the field and in the gym. Leadership and communication are key parts of my game, and I had the honor of captaining Penryn U16 to two consecutive county finals, an experience that helped me further develop my leadership and decision-making under pressure. My goal is to continue developing my rugby in a high-performance collegiate environment in the United States while pursuing a university degree. Long-term, I aim to reach the professional level of rugby, and I am committed to the work required to achieve that goal.
